Nothing is more painful than seeing your child being taken by other people and you were left without a choice because they are powerful and the law is on their side.
Facebook user Shine Cacho took to Facebook to ask for help, particularly naming President Duterte, to help her get her son back which was taken by the relatives of her late husband.
According to Shine, she married a Kuwaiti national and they had a son. Unfortunately, her husband died and his family wanted to get the child, pushing her to leave the country as she is not a local.
Shine took the courage to leave the house of her husband’s family with her son last December 2018. She also asked the help of a lawyer who was kind enough to help her despite the lack of money.
But in December, the judge gave custody to the aunt and uncle of the child for the reason that she cannot provide the basic needs of her child.
Shine got money from the Kuwaiti government so she decided to get a flat, rented a car for her child, and enrolled him to a school just so she can gain back the custody of her child.
They instantly appealed for the custody of the child and they won it.
But another incident happened. On February 14, two police cars came to the building where they are residing. Police officers came to their flat and forcedly took the child. They do not have a warrant from the court but they took the child.
The video below is posted from Shine Facebook account.
