Good News! Poland is in need of thousands of workers and aside from the good salary offer, you can also have the chance to bring your family to the country.
If you have plans to work abroad, this can be the best shot for you! Poland is not open for Filipino workers and hiring more than 100,000 workers for different industries such as manufacturing, fish and meat processing, information technology, and heavy-duty truck drivers.
The good thing about it is that most of the job offered do not need experience because the employer will be the one to give a training program to qualified applicants.
“Hindi na kailangan na kayo ay highly skilled. They need a lot of people, unskilled, assigned to manufacturing,” says Elsa Villa, Pres. Philippine Association of Service Exporters Inc. (PASEI).
The more endearing part of working in Poland is the chance to become a resident and bring their family to the country.
“Workers who have worked for five years will be entitled to apply for a residency. So pag residency, pwede mong dalhin ang pamilya mo doon. Of course ikaw yung magbabayad ng expenses para madala ang pamilya ninyo doon but especially for young families, I really recommend this because libre po doon and education, libre din ang hospitalization,” says Villa.
Czech Republic is also looking to hire construction workers and factory workers.
“Croatia is also open. There are many countries now in Eastern Europe who are opening their doors for skilled and unskilled people.
For interested applicants, make sure to apply only on POEA accredited recruitment agencies.
