How can we apply a scholarship for my sister? She is now taking her 1st sem in college. I told her to go to owwa cagayan de oro branch hoping that she can grab a scholarship. But sad to say when they went there, they told me that no more slots by this year. Why I am pushing her to take scholarship ,it’s because I am not sure until when can I work abroad. For the main reason my health right now is getting bad I can feel it.I am a domestic helper here in hongkong for almost a year. My greatest concern is for my sister’s tuition fee.
