The Philippine Overseas Employment Administration (POEA) recently announced that they are accepting applications for a nursing job in Germany which will be under the Triple Win Project.
In the statement which was issued by the Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE) last Jan. 4, applicants need to be a certified Filipino citizen and permanent resident of the country with a Bachelors Degree of Nursing, a PRC license and at least 2 year-experience in hospitals, as well as care institutions and rehabilitation centers.
This Triple Win Project is a combined initiative of the German Federal Employment Agency (BA) and the POEA in helping nursing professionals to work abroad, particularly in Germany.
Applicants also needs to have a German language proficiency and if none, they should be willing to undergo such courses as the payment will be shouldered by their employers.
Candidates which can pass these requirements will be granted a starting monthly salary of 1,900 Euros which will increase into 2,300 Euros upon recognition as qualified nurse in Germany.
Aside from the high monthly salary, successful candidates will no longer have to think of their visa and airfare because their employer will shoulder all the costs. However, the successful candidate will have to pay for the accommodation in half or full.
