Instead of paying Php 10,000 – 20,000, applicants should only pay Php 185.00 for the overall package for the titling of public lands, said DENR CARAGA Regional Director Charlie E. Fabre.

Department of Environment and Natural Resources declared a package amount of Php 185. 00 as the total amount to be paid for the titling of public funds. The package includes the application fee, clearances, and stamp. Also, applicants are not obliged to pay for the land survey as they are already being paid by the government.
